The SVD places a paramount emphasis on upholding a culture of transparency, unwavering commitment to integrity, and a rigorous sense of accountability. This responsibility is regarded with the utmost seriousness. The purpose of this policy is to delineate the actions expected from an RLG staff member, volunteer, Trustee Board member, or any other affiliated individual in the event of suspecting potential hazards, illegal activities, or unethical behavior within the RLG, with the primary aim of ensuring the safety and ethical integrity of all individuals involved.
