Posted by In a poignant moment of reflection, we bid farewell to a beloved member of our SVD family. It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our centenarian, Fr. Norman, who peacefully embarked on his eternal journey to the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father.
In the quiet and prayerful presence of our Donamon community, Fr. Norman found his peaceful rest, surrounded by the compassionate care of the dedicated staff of Roscommon public health. His remarkable life, spanning a century, has touched countless hearts, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
As we remember Fr. Norman’s life and legacy, we kindly ask our confreres, both near and far, to hold him in their thoughts and prayers. Let us also extend our prayers to our Donamon community, who shared in his journey, and to the many individuals whose lives he enriched through his blessed presence.
